The sportive event, known as Takhti Cup, will be held on January 18-20, 2017 in northeast Iranian city of Mashhad with attendance of prominent world countries.
Organized by Iran Wrestling Federation, the tournament will be competed under the United World Wrestling (UWW) regulations on 4 approved mats.
Arrival of teams will be 17th January while weigh-in for all weight categories in Freestyle, Greco-Roman and Pahlavani will be on 18th January. The competition will be held in 2 days in team dual format and departure of teams is 21st January.
Accordingly, the names of wrestlers in the two Pahlavani teams of Iran are as follows:
Team A:
